May is Mental Health Awareness Month, a time to nurture our minds with kindness and honour the courage it takes to grow, even in small ways. ⋆.°🦋༘⋆

“Just when the caterpillar thought the world was over, it became a butterfly.” —Proverb 🦋

Butterflies remind us that change is messy, necessary, and beautiful. Let’s celebrate the small (or big) shifts in your journey, the moments you’ve stretched your wings, even when it felt vulnerable.

ִֶָ ..𓂃 ִֶָ🦋་༘࿐ Prompts for Today ִֶָ ..𓂃 ִֶָ🦋་༘࿐ :

  1. Cocoon Phase 🐛: What’s one thing you’re releasing to make space for growth? (e.g. self-doubt, perfectionism, a habit that no longer serves you.)
  2. New Wings🦋: Name a recent “butterfly moment”, a change you’re proud of. (e.g. “I spoke up for myself,” “I tried something scary.”)
  3. Nectar 🍯: What fuels your resilience during transitions? (e.g. a mantra, a person, a creative outlet.)

Join the Flutter Challenge 💫

  • Share your answers below or post a butterfly emoji 🦋 to honour your growth.
  • Tag someone who’s supported your metamorphosis.
  • Bonus (Optional) : Share a song, quote, or photo that feels like “flight” to you!

Example:

🐛 Cocoon: Letting go of comparing my progress to others’.

🦋 Wings: I apologized to myself for old mistakes.

🍯 Nectar: Long walks with my dog.

༺🦋༻ Remember ༺🦋༻

Your metamorphosis doesn’t need to be pretty, just yours. Every tiny change counts! 🌸

  1. Cocoon Phase 🐛: - Oh, perfectionism is a huge problem for me.
  2. New Wings🦋: - I decided not to respond to something hurtful. It felt weak at first, but I think it was the strongest thing I could do.
  3. Nectar 🍯: - I really need to learn more tools for resilience.
