I know this is a little late, as the day is coming to a close, but I still wanted to send a warm Valentine's Day wish to all of you amazing people. Whether your day was filled with roses and chocolates, or if it felt more like any other day (or maybe even a bit tougher 😞), please know this: You are so incredibly loved and worthy of love. Even if the world feels quiet around you, or if the whispers of loneliness are loud, your heart beats with a strength and resilience that deserves to be celebrated.

Valentine's Day can sometimes amplify feelings of isolation, especially when we're already navigating the challenges of depression. If today was a rough one, please know that you're not alone. Many of us understand those feelings all too well.

But beyond the hearts and flowers, beyond the expectations and pressures, there's a love that shines brighter than any other: the love you have for yourself. It might be buried deep, it might be flickering dimly, but it's there. And nurturing that love, being kind to yourself, is the most powerful act of self-care you can offer.

So today, be gentle with yourself. If you need to cry, cry. If you need to rest, rest. If you need to scream into a pillow, scream. And if you can, offer yourself a small act of kindness. Maybe it's a warm bath, a favorite song, a walk in nature, or simply allowing yourself to be without judgment.

Remember, your worth is not measured by whether you have a romantic partner, or by how many likes you get on a post. Your worth is inherent. You are valuable, you are important, and you matter! 💗
