Hello again
Now that I know that it works I can type on here. I started 7cups of tea a person on the hotline recommended it to be. I have been feeling stuck and trying to navigate my surroundings but I have been going through depression. And feel like there is no way out. I’m all right but there are times I’m sad and unmotivated also the burnout from stress at work. I feel like my mental health has been in the garbage for some time.

Hey. I'm sorry you're going through a tough time. Intense feelings are definitely a lot of pressure that makes every move feels like a chore.
I'm glad you found your way here, 7cups can be really an amazing place for support. You're never alone here.
It may feel like these feelings are heavy and avoidable, but it is manageable. It's a matter of finding the right toolkit to help when those intense moments or burnout hit.
It's okay to feel sad, it's a perfectly normal reaction that we have when dealing a lot of pressure in everyday life.
If it'll help, feel free to share what bothers you or ask how other ways people handle their own intense feelings. Tons of us here will be of support.
Well long story three years ago I was laid off or let go from my first job working as an administration assistant at an art organization with the reason saying they were going in a different direction which left me in shock as I found that suddenness to be absurd and later told me to return my key and badge and leave immediately. I couldn’t stop crying and later went job hunting and found another job two months later which is the job I hold now as studio coordinator at a music school but it is tough. I work six days a week and it’s really intense engaging with many different personality of students, parents and clients. Same with interacting with my colleagues. Which some remain and some leave. Working there for three years I’ve seen a lot of people come and go some leave on good terms, some not so great, and some burned that bridge down. Also dealing with adapting to the new change of management as well. Some feels heavy other times I’m left feeling conflicted about the current job I’m in and the colleagues I interact with on a daily basis. There are days I feel done but at the same time I know it’s not something to take for granted since being let go from my current job was traumatic enough and I realized it was a toxic environment working there and it’s better if I distance as much as possible. But I’m still trying to navigate on the path I’m in it has changed my life my identity I feel has changed too from being a former visual artist to being a coordinator.
