I am very insecure and I lack confidence
I'm dating this well educated guy , he's an engineer and I only have a high school diploma. I get jealous a lot sometimes because he interacts with a lot of women and all of them are educated and I feel like he does that to spite me, he's female friendly and I feel like sometimes he's overly friendly and have no boundaries. On Twtter he's always talking to women saying they are just friends I created an account I even stalk him to see who he's talking to. I'm tired I can't stop it and it's putting a strain on my Relationship. He never show signs of cheating but I feel like I'm not enough for him and now he's falling out of love because of what I do. I can't help it , I overthink a lot and it's now affecting my mental health and I'm even losing weight. I love him with all my heart and I don't want to lose him I just need help on how to deal with these thoughts. My heart always aches. When he takes his phone to the bathroom with him my heart races. This is going to kill me and I'm still too young to be controlled and betrayed by my own thoughts like this. I'm scared😭😭

🥺
I'm sorry you feel inferior.
Insecure.
Not good enough,
But he chose you.
He wanted to be with you.
You are enough.
A job doesn't define the type of person we are or the values we have or make people better than us!
Its never ok or healthy to create other profiles, we are human and we make mistakes but in the long run, you are pushing him out.
You are doing the damage
You have to trust, no matter how hard that is, because if you don't have that, you have nothing!
I genuinely wish you both happiness, you deserve it, don't let yourself ruin it. 💜💕

i think it's understandable that u feel that way. i don't think being jealous is necessarily a bad thing, or it makes u an insecure person. even on this site i've read some people have more controlling relationships and wont even allow their partner to talk to the opposite gender.
u should definitely open up to ur partner about this, not in a controlling tone but in a "hey this makes me anxious and i hope u can sympathize" kinda way. i'm sure he'll understand. if u feel like he's still doing it even after talking to him, u can set some boundaries for the relationship.
and lastly because he's an extrovert, cant expect him to change his habits overnight. be patient and give him some time, meanwhile u can work on ur self confidence and learn how to be in control of ur thoughts and emotions 😊♥️

Hi!
Try not to be too hard on yourself. Like you said, you’re young, and I think what you’re dealing with is something we all deal with: our minds betraying us (whether it is jealousy, anger, frustration, or fear). The fact that you are young means you are going to start taking care of this problem now instead of years down the road (especially while you have all this support here at 7cups).
If you can try to focus less on your bf and more on yourself, that would be helpful. Are you keeping in touch with your friends, your family? Do you have health and fitness goals for yourself? Do you have hobbies? Is your living space the way you want it? Are there friends at work, or church that you can do things with?
If none of these items appear on your list of things you value—then what is on your list?
Regarding your bf’s behavior, try to be an (objective) observer. When you are having a meal together, is his attention on you? If you’re doing an activity or event together, is he ready to go when you are? If you have a favorite TV show or a movie that you plan to watch together, is he fully present?
You can work through this. Don't be scared. Keep sharing on 7cups and let us know how it goes.
I just started going to the gym, and I was thinking of learning how to knitt too. Hopefully those are really going to help me focus less on him and more on myself. We just relocated here 5 months ago so I haven't made any friends yet. But I'm planning on to.
Thank you so much❤️❤️

That’s a great start!
Please know you can always release your insecurities on 7cups, and there will be people here to support you!
What’s up for you on the weekend?
Oh I feel for you.
I think most of us have been there in your mindset but like the first reply said nicely.
You are worthy and you are enough . ALWAYS!
I feel I can speak for most guys we don't really care what your education or even your job is. When we are with some one we chose you for you. There will be positives, good qualities you can't see in yourself right now that made you attractive to him.
I would whole hearty delete social media never helped anyone's mental health just lot so people showing off the alleged best part of their lives often fake artificial moments.
I agree get some hobbies make some friends in your new place and that will bring some confidence. Your last post seems you're making the right changes .
Feel free to reach out here to us as much as you need. You're doing great 👍
