I don't wanna let go right now
Hey.. I am here for ur views or maybe advice ...I know what I am sharing is weird maybe ..but that's what I think or I want I do not know .. I read somewhere that to grow and to heal properly u have to let go of ur past ..I know that and I accept it but tbh I don't think I want it to let go now.. I mean I don't blame anyone or I don't have grudges for them or regret about them but I just don't wanna let go right now that maybe I fear that if I let go my pain will be forgotten not by others bcz they don't even know anything or noticed anything but by me.. that all her wrong doing is were seen as normal or acceptable or that she was a great mother or just a normal mother which is not true I am not saying she is bad .. she is great ... Really perfect for everyone expect me so yeh .. I know I won't hold it always I know I will let go ..I know I will just leave this and move on sure I will do but just not anytime soon .. one day definitely but that day is not anytime soon it's not like I have some grudges or regrets but just don't wanna let go now.. I know this is weird so can u help me in this that is this normal? Is this good? Or bad?

Sometimes living in the past feels safer and better than living for today. Sometimes we can't let go often dreaming of past pleasures and rivalries..
When your really ready come back to the present and discover the splender of the moment ✨️

@Jyotik005 it’s definitely not a bad thing. Moving on can take lots of time. Move on from it when you are ready, but don’t let it hold you back from your life.

You are your best advisor. You have the right to chose when you are ready.
What you say sounds like you are not ready to let go because it feels like erasing the wrong doings and canceling the need for justice.
You also wrote that you already don’t have grudges.
Letting go doesn’t need to mean forgetting. What do you think you are missing between now and letting go? The letting go the of a wish for your pain to be acknowledged? - Maybe this is not required? Maybe you can wish for it? Just not hope or wait for it to actually happen.
Could it be that you actually already did let go?
If not, then let’s see…
Do you (by not letting go) try to keep some hope for experiencing some justice? Maybe an apology? A chance your hurt will be seen, acknowledged?
I am afraid that the world is cruel with this. Your suffering is not their pain.
I recall two examples I like that seem to relate:
Comparing the „holding on” to drinking a poison and hoping someone else will feel the results.
A question: When a snake bites you, do you prioritize running after it to demand explanations or removing the poison from your body?
Anyway, it’s ok if you are not ready.
