I feel alone and I know that I need help
For some time now I've been feeling alone, I have friends and family close by but that emptiness in me doesn't go away, I haven't sought help because I feel that there are other people who have real problems and that mine is nothing important and that I shouldn't make a fuss and it's better to keep it to myself .
¿Is what I'm doing okay?

It took me a long time to see my problems although small in comparison to some others issues but no matter how small .........getting help or having someone to talk to about things is important.
I have had what some may see as really small issues of communication with someone.... I reached out and explained to a counselor I even said this may seem small but my counselor helped me see it was all the things added up, becoming a big issue. some friends and family do not give us the reciprocity or the support we need or want.
I always had friends and family that could not hep as they had to one up me or dismiss my issues. you need to be heard... you need feedback from a third party some you may not like I have had suggestions I wanted to dismiss .... but in the end trying to see it from another angle helped me.
You are right and wrong.
You're right that many people are suffering in worse conditions. But you're also wrong to think that this makes your pain undeserving of help. Suffering is not a competition. The one drowning in a puddle needs help just as the one drowning in an ocean—because either way, they're still drowning. Yes, there are lots of people who are facing really serious struggles that I hope they heal from. There are people who are facing struggles that we hope we don't ever get near.
But.. not everyone has the same capacity. Not everyone knows your sufferings and struggles. Maybe it seems—for you—trivial, but it's not. You have to ask help. It's your responsibility. It's our responsibility to help ourselves—whether by doing it ourselves if able to or asking others to help us as we either are in a serious problem or because of our forgetful human nature.
But know that you can change.
