Paychsitrist also angry n not responding although I got mefidicinebprescription from gispitalbER was admitted last week. Now trying cope and cool down but regretting too much for my wrong decesions. How to overcome is not known but I agree I messed up everything now. I have to find someway out to come out of my Afsar, Anxiety, stress, depression and other issues.

I will share from my dad’s experience, that he got cataract surgery and had long term effects including loss of sensation to one leg (weird, huh?) and other side effects that were very unpleasant for him, to the point he didn’t get the surgery in the other eye.
So, maybe, putting off surgery was actually better?
Maybe getting surgery now is still possible, if your wife and you still want it?
There is always a light at the end of the tunnel.
It’s not always clear, the path to choose, but both of you together will find a way.
Our spiritual person once said to us: “It’s all been decided anyway. Just relax. Just love each other.” This eased my mind.
In some way, aggressively seeking remedies is sometimes the worst path.
However, doing something can be enlivening and can restore hope as well.
I’ve always tried to keep to the core statement, “First, do no harm."
