My dad just saved my life.

TW - crisis

I was standing there, home alone, doing dishes. All of a sudden, I had a mental breakdown. Tears all over the place, hyperventilating like crazy. 

I was about to end it. I had every intention to. But instead, I sent my dad an audio message, crying and asking for help. 

That led to him calling me, even though he was busy at work. I finally told him everything I've been feeling. 

And he saved my life with the things he said.
