Please help me
How to cope with panic attacks and paralysing fear of studying A-levels (Class 11 and 12 exams)? The volume of material that I need to study gives me fear and I sweat, heartbeat increases and I'm always thinking I'll fail my exams and not be able to go to abroad universities. I'm examphobic. Please help me with effective coping skills and suggestions.

I find no one. It's disheartening.
Hey, sorry that you are experiencing this. I will try and give you my best advice I have.
Whenever your under pressure, I want you to remember this thought that if I mess up so be it, I can always try and do better later when I get an opportunity. Many times we succumb to pressure because we worry about stuff that is not in our hands. The only thing you can do is prepare well for your exam and writing it and whatever happens after that is not in your control. So, try to always remember that you can always do better next time if you mess up and worry only about what is in your control.
Also, breathing techniques work while being stressed. Just take 3-5 deep breaths whenever you feel pressured.
Always remember
"Delays are not Denials"
Hope you feel better soon:)
Exams can be very stressful and panic-inducing. When it comes to such anxiety, it can help to practice some grounding techniques. You can look them up, but one thing you can do is to place your feet on the ground or feel something with your hands and focus on the sensation. Describe it and keep on focusing on it when thoughts come up.
