Im so depressed and lonely im not feeling good i just need someone to talk to. Im deprived of attention i have no support system..

I can relate not feeling well today...
it feels like i am often alone as well....
when you say no support system do you really mean zero people or you just do not want to reach out or think you are a bother?

I am sorry you have no one.... but sometimes people around that are no help is not any better.
I think i talk myself down to the depression i should be able to talk myself up. It is hard but i have found i can not BS myself with fluff so i have to deal with whatever is bothering me head on.
