@Parllie

You deserve something gentle right now, something that holds you instead of hurts you — so here it is:

You are still here. Even through all the noise in your mind, even through the ache that makes everything feel heavy and endless, you are still here. That means something. It means a part of you, no matter how small, is still choosing to reach for light — even if you can’t see it yet.

You’ve been carrying so much, and your heart is tired. It makes sense that you feel numb; sometimes the only way your mind can protect you from pain is by pressing pause on feeling. That numbness isn’t failure — it’s your system saying, “I need rest.”

You aren’t weak for feeling like this. You’re someone who’s been through too much, with too little kindness in return. The loneliness doesn’t mean you are unworthy of love — it means you’re craving connection, the kind that understands without needing to explain. And that’s a deeply human thing.

So here’s something nice for you to hold onto:
You are not broken; you are healing in slow motion.
You are not lost; you are learning the shape of your strength.
You are not unlovable; you are just longing for gentleness in a world that often forgets to be kind.

Even in this very moment — reading this, asking for something kind — you are proof that the softer parts of you still exist. That’s hope, even if it doesn’t feel like it.

Take a breath. Let it out slowly. You made it to this moment, and that’s something beautiful already.
