...See more Hello there, I wanna ask for help. I've been chatting with some boy on *** and he's very suicidal and always talking about how he doesn't want to be here anymore and im really worried because I care for him and I know how painful it is to have so deep depression and being suicidal, because I also have depression and sometimes im suicidal. I don't know what to do, because he refuses go to the psychologist because he has bad experience with it... I gave him some contacts where he can call or text and found for him some place where he can stay a few days and talk to psychologist for free... but he doesn't want to because he really wants to die... and I feel so worried and I don't know what to do... And also because of his suicidal thoughts an actions, I feel like im not sick enough because im not THAT suicidal in the moment... so it also hurts me because my mental health is also bad so I can't really be support for anybody and definitely not for him... :) So is there anything I can do for him to help?

Emotional attachment🙈

...See more Hello there, I feel like I need to share this and I’m hoping for some advice or help…🤗 I’m really emotionally attached to my close pastor. For me, he’s like a father figure or parent, because I don’t have a relationship with my biological father, and my relationship with my mother is also difficult. 😅 He's my safe person and the person I trust the most🤗🤍 He also basically saved my life, when I wanted to end it, and he was texting with me until the strongest didn't pass🥺🙈 But I also really depend on him, and when I don’t have attention or contact with him, I get strong panic attacks or anxiety, and I feel a lot of pain. I have BPD and something similar to separation anxiety, like small children have… but it hurts me a lot, and I don’t know how to deal with it. I also feel like I might be a burden to him, since he doesn’t have much time for me, and sometimes it’s probably overwhelming when I ask for attention or call him many times.😅🙈 If anyone has experienced something similar, I would love to know any tips or strategies that helped you.🤗🫂

...See more Well, I have been traumatised last christmas holiday... there was arguments and my own family mentally hurting me... and then they locked me in mental hospital... and I still have nightmares from that... well not that often like I used to have, but still... and I can't really talk to it with my therapist bc I need to talk about things that are more serious for me right now... but it keeps hunting me... 🙈 and im really scared that it will happen again and that im completely helpless and powerless... And also that my therapist keeps asking about the mental hospital and if it's nessesery for me to go there again, or not. And im really worried bc Im just not gonna there ever again... it hurt me so damn much and it scares me... And I have another one that haunts me and that when my close people (like my father) left me and I was alone and I started having suicidal thoughts bc of that (I was 12), and now I feel like im losing everyone again and im depressed for year and half without any better season... and it scares me to be left alone again... so I have strong anxiety and panic attacks and i don't know what to do... 🥺🙈

...See more Hello🤗 Well I really struggle with my faith and with my mental health and I many times pleased God to take me home, bc im too scared.. and I really don't know what to do or how to fix it... I got a miracles that helped me starting believe in God and I also got really gifted by Him... but now I just don't feel like talking to Him, bc im so mad and it's just so hard.... I hardly pray or read my bible.... bc it's so painful... every time I read my bible, I just see all the "bad" people and all the warning and I feel so guilty that IM the BAD people and I don't know how to change it... i tried to repent many times but it didn't help... 🙈 I also talked about it many times with my Pastor (he's for me more than that well) but he also really doesn't know... Last time he just said me that HE needs to pray more for me... 🥺🙈 So if you have anything that helped you with that and what could you recommend, I would be grateful🥺🤗🤍

Struggling with food

...See more Hey, there... i've been just thinking... well i used to starve myself and eat like one or two really small food per day. And I didn't even have the feeling like hunger... I just didn't feel hungry at all... but then I got new pills from my psychiatrist and I started eating again. It's been for like 8 months... and I still feel guilty every time i eat... and now i struggle with overeating, bc im hungry like all the time no matter what I eat... Im trying to eat more food with protein and fibre, but it just doesn't help at all. And im still thinking that I wanna again starve myself bc i was thinner and everyone was telling me like "oh, you look so good now" and "you look prettier, bc you're thinner" and I have it all in my mind and all the negative thoughts that my family used to tell me like - "you're fat, do something with yourself, look at this girl, how pretty and thin she is..." etc... And I don't really know how to tell this to my psychologist bc I don't think it's needed - i eat, i don't starve myself now... and I have more serious problems that I need to focus on... but this also hurts me and im really shy to talk about it, bc im overweighted... now more than i used to be bc of the overeating... but I also can't really stop eating or eat less and food became a comfort thing for me - when I feel really bad, i eat... 🙈
