Weekly Prompt #27: How are you feeling today?
Welcome back, group! I hope you are all being easy on yourself this week.
Last week we discussed: Think about a metaphor that represents your experience with depression in 2023. Thank you to all who participated and shared their thoughts and questions for discussion. They were thought-provoking questions and thoughts. I hope you all did too. If you didn't share yours, please share them here and I look forward to reading and discussing them with you
This week's prompt: How are you feeling today? Take a moment to reflect on your emotions and permit yourself to experience them fully.
Please know all thoughts and experiences are valid so no matter how small or big it seems, do share with us and we will discuss our thoughts on it together.

Recently lost my grandma she passed away peacefully 3 weeks ago as of today I'm doing ok for the most part but I have had lots of up and downs through the last few weeks 💗💗💗
Yesterday I had went to the beach for the day and it was so lovely to just get away from everything for a while to recharge and distress for a while 💕💕💗💗💗💕💕🐚🌊🌊🌊🌊🐚🐚🐚💗💗🐚
Very cold rainy day though still lots of fun and adventures 💗💗💗💗💕💕💕💗💗💗🐠💕🐠💕🐠

@LovelyFrog8934 I am sorry to hear that Frog. It sounds like you recently lost your grandma and are experiencing a range of emotions. It's completely understandable to feel ups and downs after such a significant loss. It's great that you were able to take some time for yourself at the beach to recharge and distract yourself. Even on a cold and rainy day, it's clear that you found joy in the beauty around you.
@ASilentObserver Tbh i feel tired and not motivated at all ><
@jasishereforallofu It sounds like you're feeling quite drained and lacking motivation right now. That can be really tough to deal with. What's contributing to how you're feeling?
@ASilentObserver A lot of work that I have to do at home. 🏡 And I'm hardly finding the motivation to do it Obs 💜
I just saw two new pictures of the woman I'm heartbroken over. A friend was in the Boston area and visited with her. Ouch
