It depends on the challenge. I am fairly high functioning with everyday life duties. But even minor social challenges can overload my tolerance. My past involved mostly interpersonal traumas. I’m starting to understand that I may not have moved past them as much as I thought. It feels like adding to the pile and I easily tip over. It helps me feel better when I pursue some goal that means a lot to me.
@ASilentObserver Challenges have become constant and maybe an indispensable part of my life because I feel there is always something to deal with. Watching myself grow everyday I have come to realise that it doesn't matter how reoccurring these challenges might be, there is always something about me that believes I can walk through it as a winner and this keeps me going no matter the setbacks along the way. It also gives me new perspectives which helps me cope well in every situation.
