My life seems to be a never ending loop of bad luck and misfortune constantly, nothing seems to get better, I hate everything I see in the mirror, I have no friends, partially by choice but also because Im not good at keeping friends, my relationship is on the verge of collapse because of mistakes I've made. I have no family because of drama and un reconcilable differences. The only consistency in my life is stress and turmoil and failed relationships. Nothing good ever happens.

@indigoDog4146 i know what it feels like to be constantly stressed and exhausted, and i know how hard it is to live like this every day. ive struggled a lot myself, i still am if im honest, but slowly things do get better. yes, its really hard to feel better and to change, and yes it wont feel like any difference for a while, but slowly if you want them to things will change. the most important thing is to not give up or do anything you might regret later. try your best to take life one day at a time, and try to keep focus on little positive things. for example, maybe be happy that you had a good tasting meal you might not have had for a while. also, even though this isnt super healthy, force yourself to keep going. its hard and painful, but it pays off. im sure youll recover, im sure youll feel better and find purpose. best of luck

So ur saying take comfort in the little things and not every joy in life has to be some life changing thing? I do want to change and I'm gonna do my best to do it, I'm just so tired. Thank you for taking the time to comment.

@indigoDog4146 yeah, enjoy the little things. a lot of the time good things are at a similar level and what matters is perception of them. same goes for bad things. ignoring them isnt healthy, but you should try not to overreact either. im sure you want to change, i know you do. and i also know how tired you can get from life. ive been there, ive felt it, and ive grappled my way out of the darkest bit. im not going to lie and say that its all going to get better all the time, no. it will probably get worse at some point, but youve got to keep going. good luck, and please keep me updated on even the smallest of wins

It sounds like you’ve been living through an incredibly painful and exhausting period of your life. There’s a real sense of weariness in what you shared — as if you’ve been trying to move forward, but every path seems to circle back to more hurt, more loss, more disappointment. That kind of cycle can make life feel heavy and unfair, like no matter what you do, things don’t shift.

You mentioned hating what you see in the mirror, feeling isolated, and watching relationships fall apart — all of that speaks to how deeply disconnected and unseen you’ve been feeling, both by others and by yourself. When pain and rejection pile up over time, it’s natural to start believing that the chaos is permanent, or that you somehow deserve it. But that isn’t the truth — it’s a reflection of how much you’ve been carrying alone.

There’s something very human about wanting stability, love, and peace — and it’s heartbreaking when life keeps taking those things away. The part of you that still notices the loop, that still wishes for something better, tells me that there’s a quiet, resilient part of you still hoping to be met with compassion. That part deserves space to breathe.

You don’t have to have everything figured out right now. Sometimes the next step isn’t fixing the entire picture — it’s simply allowing yourself to pause, acknowledge that you’re in pain, and remember that it’s okay to feel tired. It’s okay to not be okay.

If you were here with me, I’d want to start by helping you find a bit of ground under your feet again — just something small that reminds your body and mind that you’re still here, still capable of feeling moments that aren’t all about suffering. Maybe that’s noticing your breath right now, or placing a hand over your heart for a second and remembering that it’s still beating for you.

You’ve been through so much. You don’t have to face this loop alone.
Can I ask — when you think about everything that’s happening, what part of it feels heaviest to you today?
