i need comfort

i’m still feeling a little frazzled and exhausted from my severe panic attack/self-harm episode yesterday and all i want is a long endless hug and to not feel so alone and incapable of change. i know everything will be okay in the end but it just doesn’t feel like that at all right now, i feel anything but okay, i feel really scared and lost and like there’s nowhere for me to safely land on.
