i dont know how to explain this feeling but i cant cry or feel any specific emotion towards it but ive.lost worth or meaning in my life ofc i can maintain my usual personality and not become bitter because of this lack of care i think i felt it heavier than ever when my father sent us to our moms i think i felt a strong sense of being okay with d*ing and i was meant to engage in my unhealthy habits but i kind of felt this peace or no feeling at all? at nothingness, i didnt do anything. just carried on with whatever took me. i cant do that to my partner..d*ing? no. my family? yeah. do i wanna do it..yeah. i cant lie i am feeling a shift in my faith because of how much my religion says or the people say ill go to an eternal pit of fire for loving the same gender.ive in a way? lost all hope.i wont live long..sometimes im not afraid of ***. ill burn forever..whats worse? im tired. and i havent told my partner either ive tried but i kept avoiding it in a way.i still wanna bleh.

Dear Beloved,

What has been hurting you? What do you want in your life? What do you think is missing that has been causing emotional pain?

People and situations are often not the way we expect them to be. Nature has not given us control over everything. Accept whatever you cannot change. It can help ease your emotional pain. People and situations will remain the way they are. Nobody is going to change just because we want them to. We are not going to change simply because others want us to.

Focus on your healing. Do not focus on what you cannot do or what you do not have. Instead, focus on what you can do with whatever is available to you. Stop expecting people and situations to be the way you want them to be. If you continue to expect them to go your way, you will continue causing yourself emotional pain. Acceptance is a key to healing.

Reality is often different from our imagination, and we have to live with reality. Acceptance of reality can help ease our emotional pain. Take care of yourself. Do more of what makes you feel better and takes you closer to peace and healing.

We have no control over people and situations, but we can gradually learn to respond wisely instead of causing ourselves pain because of others' behaviour. Nobody can do it for you. You have to learn to take care of your own mind. You cannot take care of everyone in this world. Likewise, they cannot take care of your emotional well-being for you. One has to take responsibility for one's own emotional well-being.

Accept life as it is. Change whatever you can. Do not be sad about what is beyond your control. Nature has not given us control over everything. So, do not expect everything to go your way. Just do more of what makes you feel healthier, happier, more peaceful, and better than before.
