@Tinywhisper11 sometimes you "do" yourself to feeling better. That's grammatical landmine... but what I mean is sometimes actions can change mood, actually all the time. You'll hate the idea of doing anything when your down but if you just do something positive anyway after awhile it'll lift your mood to your surprise

I am truly sorry to hear that you are going through such a challenging time. It sounds like January has brought a series of difficult events for you. It's completely normal to feel overwhelmed in the face of so much hardship. You don't have to navigate through the challenges alone. just wanted to let you know I’ve read your post and January has been very unkind to you 😞. But I’m sure you will bounce back soon once this chapter in your life passes. 

May your baby bunny and friends Rest In Peace 🙏🏻 I’m sure they’re in a better place. As for your cough/ chest infection, there seems to be so much of it going around lasting for months if not weeks. I had a cough too lasting for about 3 months not long ago! 

Keep drinking plenty of fluids, warm drinks are best for a cough. You could try warm water with honey and lemon juice which I think is soothing for a cough. I’d also avoid super cold drinks (and sorry but ice cream too) as I find they tend to aggravate the cough. I hope that helps.
