A friend told me about it that she was a listener.
I needed a place where i can just bare all my thoughts with people who have felt them or still do. Without being judged or told it wasn't how i really felt or that i had no reason to be depressed.
Hi everyone.
A friend of mine recommended me to try 7 cups and since then I signed in as listener and have been talking to people. It's turning out to be wonderful experience and to see actually so many people need somebody to just talk to.
A friend let me know about 7 cups.
The NSPL referred me to it and encouraged me to give it a go.
I didn't have anyone to talk to. I was feeling the worst. There was no one for me to go to. So I came on google for someone to reach out to my cry of help and googled something like "I need someone to talk to." Something like that haha.

I found the site on Facebook. I have been a Listener for 3 years now.

I was researching some peer support groups & that's how I stumbled upon 7 Cups. I'm SO glad I did!
@Zammn heard it through a friend who's pursuing the same profession as I am! I'm using this experience to learn and get experience to get a counseling degree myself.
