I found 7 Cups through one of my sisters friends. She's a listener here and I was inspired to become one as well.

@Zammn I honestly just searched for counseling online I think so and I found a lot of other sites and I didn't like them very well and I found 7 Cups

Facebook group about psychology praxis. One friend of mine posted this group and I was really amazed I can become a listener.

A friend forces me to try this 7 cups website, to hopefully help me open up.
I was searching Google Play for chat therapy, I found a couple different ones but 7cups stood out the most. I saved it for when I would need it most. The time came up for me this past weekend to try it out. I am happy to be here!
When I was 15 and I had just been diagnosed with depression. I searched up "depression group chat for teens".
Someone referred me to 7CUPS from work after I was stressing out
