One recent moment of joy I experienced was....

I am able to do better in my life. I am able to perform tasks. I am improving, I am happy about it.

Finally being able to run again. I got into a horrible accident while I was running and have been trapped in my house for most of the healing process. It was so soothing to be able to run again. The wind pushing against my body and the thudding of my feet on the soft brown earth. How I've missed being this free. I wasn't able too go as long as I have, but I know that by taking it one step at a time I will be able to surpass where I was before the accident.
