I don't know why I am sad. It came on so suddenly and just swept me under. Maybe loneliness, maybe exhaustion. Maybe just feeling unnecessary and cold.

that I screamed at my mother... She exceeded my limit today and I've lost my self-control... When I asked my half brother if I've screamed loud at her, he said 'yes'...
I don't wanted to scream at her, and yeah I said 'sorry' and she said it would be ok, but I still feel bad, in a sad way, and like a monster...
