I listen to music, sleep or draw. Or cry my heart out..

I'm pretty good @ dealing w/sadness now since I've dealt w/it on so many levels! I'll probably drink until I'm drunk, talk ridiculously to whomever, and then pass out. Next day, it will all have washed away. I'm not an alcoholic, I drink only for special occassions and if there is a reason, such as above - sadness from something.

@redSail9722

Loudly, with large wailing sobs, a bit like an injured animal. *lifts up hand* I'm an ugly crier.

Usually I hide in a dark room and nap until I feel better. When I can't do that, I usually wind up eating or something else I shouldn't be doing.....

Talk it out to friends of mine. Take deep breathers and lull myself into calming down and feeling better. Think on the good things I've done to help out people and make the world better, while acknowledging that the bad things I did were simply because I didn't know any better, and that I am no longer like that.

If really really sad, napping does the trick, some extra energy always comes in handy as I avoid coffee or energy drinks.

Otherwise, listening to music, taking a hot bath, reading something I enjoy or watching a comedy show.

Talking to someone who understands helps a lot too.

Cry it out if I have to, watch something funny to cheer myself up, and/or talk to at least one person who I know can cheer me up or at least will try to.
