One thing that is contributing to my depression is....
Being stuck in a dead end job for 70-80 hours a week and still bearly being able to make ends meet. At this point, I don't even feel human anymore.
@newschooled
oh that's a lot of work hours!!! I'm sorry you have to work so hard. You must have a lot of strength to do that.
being awake
One thing that is contributing to my depression is... my company's completely ridiculous executives, who are stealing from our patients and making providing good care to our patients as difficult as possible.
My life...and the people. I'm still very young but broken., without hope, no smile :/ I haven't recongnized this..but I was in depression since 4 years
People I work with making me feel stupid and useless. I feel so unwanted and unappreciated. But I'm a trainee nurse so I can't just leave. Once I've qualified I'm going to be out the door so fast!
Clutter
My own limitations and weaknesses, I know that no matter how much I work and achieve I won't be able to help the world even by a minuscule fraction. My achievements are nothing if I cheat through them, if they cannot meet my expecations or if I don't have a goal. I don't even have the strength to help myself and get out of it, yet I act as if I carry all the burdens. Thing is, I'm not even a player in the great scheme of things, just utterly insignificant and useless. There's not a reason for me to live but it's not as if I will take matters into my own hands.
family and weight
i don't got through depression anymore, but anytime someone fights, it sends me into a spiral :/
