Hopeful (yes, finally!)

I reached out and finally accepted a prescription for depression/anxiety meds yesterday... I know it will be a while before they kick in, and I know I most likely have some ROUGH days ahead of me with side effects, etc... but I finally have a tiny glimmer of hope that I might start to feel better. I haven't had that hopeful feeling in a while.

Overwhelming.

I'm having a difficult time convincing myself I am worthy enough to apply for jobs -- I'm worried I won't get hired, worried I won't find something meaningful, worried I'm just a failure that has no way out, no purpose, no impact on myself or my community.

Self-worth is an incredible issue today. Believing I am a burden is an overwhelming issue today. Imposter syndrome is running HIGH today.

Overwhelmed. I am overwhelmed, overwhelmed, overwhelmed.

@JanieRose I have been where you are and find myself having the same thoughts sometimes. Only thing I can say is tomorrow is a new day.
