I pray that you're able to counter said overpowering depression with healthy and godly methods. No one should have to experience such a commanding, sinking feeling depression. But THIS...THIS is the moment where life truly shows us the type of person that we are and/or what we should become. Do you succumb to the universe's attacks on your mind and heart, or do you see seek the light at the bottom of the pit to rise above it all.

This...this is what I pray for you to do. To rise above this obstacle that is in your way. Find the righteous path and you shall ultimately succeed.

@25tallies

Physically? Mentally? or something else (or all the above).

For me, it's mentally which a drop of spiritually.

@SaleemF honestly a bit of a mix of physically, mentally, and emotionally

@25tallies

Then I pray that God gives you the boost of strength that you need in those areas and more. Sounds like you need something to lift your spirits.. Whenever I feel drained (which is quite often), I try to get away from everyone and everything (in a healthy sense), take the time to ease down and relax, pray to God to give me the wisdom and strength to continue on. If for whatever reason I'm too drained to even think straight, I sit back, take a DEEP breath, and dedicate time to relaxing my mind and body.

Something to keep in mind, you DESERVE time for yourself to properly rest and rejuvinate (that goes for everything whether its physically, mentally, emotionally, etc.). It's a serious thing to not sideline, so please do give yourself the time that you deserve to fully rest and restore as best, peacefully, and heathy as you realistically can.

@Fierceinthestreetmessinthesheets

Jot down what it is that's making you feel empty then patiently, carefully, and thoughtfully figured out the best and healthiest way to fill that void.
