i have high function depression, for me is like having bubbles in my head.. i can't make them go away.. just need to manage them, so they're not just flying around.. :)

@confusedandlostsoul ... hemm.. i still manage too actually.. i don't push myself to do things when i really running out of energy.. i just talk to someone.. but if i have a little energy to do things, usually i make doodle or write..

never been easy though..
