Reading if it's a famous saga and watching if I'm not sure I'll like it, so that I can save more time.
Like a previous poster, I like to do both depending on how I feel.
I love to get into a really good book(I mean who can beat that feeling?) but I also just really like switching off, and watching a movie ..
Usually depends on how much time I have to invest, but generally I'll go for a good old book!

ooo this is really tricky as i love both! i probably watch movies more though
90% of the time the book is better.
However reading can make me very sleepy. I like reading outloud with someone
