Forgiveness for who I am

Forgiveness. I really dislike the part of me that wants to be perfect, it's an unrealistic perception and I was trained from childhood to believe and think as a perfectionist (from parents who were also). I'm working to learn how to let go of my mistakes and forgive myself for them as well as other people. It's really a struggle, but I've accepted that this is a life long process.
