Bruising purple because as I was playing with my dog, I fell down the stairs. I felt stupid for falling yet I couldnt get up because I was in so much pain. My dog kept licking my hand and I didnt realize for 10 min that my left hand was bleeding & my ankles been in throbbing pain whenever I move/rotate it.
