Hello,

I usually like to do my self care routine on the weekends since I work during the week. But usually, my routine is being able to sleep in (without being woken up by an alarm clock), taking a long, exfoliating shower, running to Target or something, and then just relaxing by playing video games, listening to music, or watching TV the rest of the day. Basically being able to rest and unwind after a long week is what I always look forward to. :)

I've actually been doing self care almost everyday I don't have job so it makes it easier. I exercise a little, read nightly, brush my teeth everday and I'm extra nice to myself on tough days. I do want to start taking care of myself better hygiene wise and exercising more.

I'd like to set up a self-care routine where I allow myself to sit outside and relax, maybe even nap if I can manage to fall asleep, and then do a fun activity such as reading, writing, drawing, or baking. I also want to try and go on more bike rides.

I would love to have a self-care routine but I just don't do things. I would love to love to wash my face and do face masks. I want to meditate and go to bed early. I would love to journal and do all the self-care things I'm supposed to do but it just hasn't been a reality for me...

Hi, I'm not the best at keeping a routine but here's what the good morning look like.

I get up at around 7 and get changed, then i do my skin care routine, my hair, and my makeup. Then I eat the breakfast that i made ahead of time, pack up my stuff, and head to school. Or if it's summer i'll head to my shift as a lifeguard or sleep in.

I try and take an hour everyday for self care and just do whatever I feel like I need to do. Sometimes I clean, or take a bath. SOmetimes it's just taking a nap or readingl. Then every Sunday I take the day for self care. It's kinda a spa day for me. I will admit I have been lacking and I've been feeling it.

@LexIris currently my self care routine has been starting my day with some homemade iced coffee and doing at least one thing a day that makes me happy and brings me joy (ie video chatting with a friend or making art)-also doing some sort of activity throughout the day to get me moving whether that is walking to a coffee shop, going on a hike or playing tennis :)

My self care routine is about doing things I love, like singing, playing the guitar, playing with my dog, taking her out for a walk, body care, wtc. :)
