Does anyone wake up and just start crying?
Several mornings a week I start tearing up or crying as soon as I wake up. Some mornings it lasts the whole time I'm getting ready and often while driving to work.

How do you feel in regards of your job? Like the actual job you do and the environment?
Also have you thought might be accumulation of events? Let's say last night you had alot going through your head. Maybe sleeping with those thoughts doesn't let your brain fully rest and you feel overwhelmed? Also another suggestion here is that might be dreams. Sometimes we dream and we don't realise it and those dreams have bad conotations that hurts us.
I hoped I helped a little, best of luck! I hope you find your answer
@Booklover95. Honestly, a lot of the times I cry because I woke up and didn't die in my sleep. I love what I do, which is teaching 4&5 year olds! For 25 years. Now, the environment and atmosphere are toxic. Because I am a professional, and want to be recognized as a teacher, not a babysitter. I bust my a$$at work. I never stop, yet teachers in rooms that I can see, are just sitting there and usually on their phone. It angers me because I literally never stop, yet they are getting a paycheck to not do their job! It pisses me off and I try not to let it, but damn, give me their paycheck. So my job is a factor and I end up dealing with their slack. I get over looked by my bosses because they say I'm the only teacher that is reliable and runs a smooth classroom, by myself!
Enough about work, it would be a novel. As for dreams, at night I take anti-psychotics, one of which just to pretty much shut down my brain, then a sleeping pill. The other anti-psychotic I take earlier. Helps with negative dark thoughts, which have turned delusional and recently having a few hallucinations caused by the delusional thinking. With these meds I'm not sure if I actually dream. My brain is literally shut down. If I do dream I may not remember any of it but I do feel it. A dark feeling that has no "name"
However, I truly believe that I cry because I woke up. Because I'm still alive. Because I have to again live the double life of petending I'm ok. I'm normal. And I'm just exhausted.
I did not intentionally mean to turn everything you said into negative. I truly appreciate you responding and tried to encourage me or share you thoughts!
Thank you!

I'm very passionate about children so I want to say thank you. You might cry for being alive but remember the HUGE difference you make in those children's lives. You provide education, a happy place to learn and you get to be a good happy example that they'll remember one day.
Sadly in all professions there's few good people and ALOT of crappy professionals. Personally I want to become a teacher aswell (but a language one) because of what I went through with teachers. And who inspired me was good teachers! People like you!
Please hang in there you are a wonderful person!
If at any time in your life you feel like you're not worthy it or any negative thought remember you're loved and needed in this world. Just remember that.

Sending you a hug
