Hump Day Blues
It's Wednesday (at least it is where I am!) and I understand that with the middle of the week can come the feeling of being stuck in a rut, or being overhwelmed and weighed down by the pressures of the week. I know the weekends feel so far away and maybe over the course of the past few days you've forgotten what it's like to feel okay. You are not alone, I promise.
