It's funny how you can fake a smile every single day of your life pretending to be happy when actually you are drowning in your own mind and no one really notices how much pain you are in, how much guilt you feel and you just bottle your emotions up inside til one day you just reach rock bottom and just want to end it all...and yet I still put on a smile to hide everything

@ChloeTheDuck very true that chloe....I am sorry u dont have anyone around you, with whom u can share ur feelings and vent out. What I would suggest you is to maintain a diary/ journal and daily write in it about ur day and use that to vent out your feelings and emotions. It can be pretty hard to bottle up emotions inside us. It certainly is not good for us in the longer term. Hence try to write it down how u feel whenever u feel the need to. That might help....

@ChloeTheDuck This is completely true. I always tell myself that as long as nobody else sees my problems, they don't really exist outside of my 'lonely places' and I'm normal. It's just too hard to open up to people, because I know that nobody cares about my problems, and they'll hate me even more if I bother them.
