I feel good I feel grate I feel wonderful.
I just remember this scene from a movie, the best movie ever, its called "What About Bob?"
As I was watching this movie I learned so many things, and I got really inspired in many of the things I watched in this movie. I even watched the movie at least 3 times and I still found it amazing. By telling our selfves ( I feel good I feel grate I feel wonderful.) we are giving ourself all this wanderful and positive vibes, replenishing ourselves with positivity and reafirming how good we can be by just being ourselves. Also is good to remind us that each and everyone of us has an unique gift that is unique to us, and our quest is to try to find what is that gift. Trhow this 7 cups of tea I find that I could help other people find their way in life, which I take great pride, joy and gratification in doing so.
This is a wanderful movie where we see how Bob founds this therapist who with the help of this therapy helps him to overcome his difficulties in life. And one of the wonderful tools he present us is called the "Baby Steps" . In life we might feel overwhealmed and difficulties with our goals and day to day tasks, but when we think of this things we need to achieve and we break them down in smaller steps, so to say baby steps, we see how everything can be much easier.
@talktomeok - Thank you for sharing this! I am a big believer in taking 'baby steps' forward. I think the full tasks can sometimes feel completely insurmountable, but even taking one little baby step in that direction can be really empowering and trigger the next step and the next until you reach that previously impossible goal!
Thanks for sharing!
