When I think about losing my family, as in my mother passing away or my siblings moving away from me. I get in a black hole of depression and my mind is hamster wheel trying to figure out how to survive it. It makes me so tired.
it's 2 am in the morning and i'm watching my personality breaking into pieces. I was ambitious about a few months ago about college plans, I've had friends, sense of humour, feelings, a boyfriend etc. Lost them all. In the last year of highschool, studying exams and failures keep coming, I lost my joy, will to live. I put distances between me and people cause eventually everyone was using and leaving me behind like a napkin. some could say "it's not the end of the world" but trust me, in the country I live, it is.
@Meer75 your pain is real, and unlike anyone else's. Sometimes people think they are being helpful by saying "it's not the end of the world" or "it could always be worse" but these comments can only make someone feel more isolated.
When I can
@robyn1003 overthinking can cause more anxiety though!
@LisaSmithLPC if Im having a bad time, I have so many thoughts going round and round in my head, and someone will want to help and listen eg. A friend, but I wont be able to get it out properly :(
@robyn1003 is there any way to slow down your thoughts? any skills to use?
I failed. frustrations.
I'm scared of forever considering my life's accomplishments as failures, and therefore doubting all the meaningful decisions I make in case it stacks up to more failure. I'm scared that fear of failure will take away my acknowledgement and appreciation of the blessings in my life, and prevent me from experiencing happiness on a scale that I deserve to.
I feel the saddest after someone yells at me, I hate getting yelled at, it makes me feel powerless and worthless like I'm just screw up.
When i feel like everything is conspiring against me
When Im alone and none of my close friends are around for me to even just message.
I think about my future, politics, and school
I think about all the things I could have done to help other people.
