I get so vulnerable when people missjudge me.
I was chatting in a room 35+ and I oppened up about something very personal about me. Then this girl come lashing out on me, and I was having a very bad day and full of rage so I gave up to my rage and began going nuts insulting her. My anger just made me blind. Is just that I hate that people judge me when I open up and make myself vulnerable saying very personal stuff about me. I wont say the personal stuff that I said before, just that I felt attacked by this woman so I was being protective and at the end ... ohh.. I dediced that now I am going to play some video games to relax
I'm sorry that you had this experience in the 35+ chat room. I'm not sure why fights like that happen in the rooms sometimes. Your story is important and we do want you here. @okeyyyy What a terrible experience - I'm sorry that happened to you. I can relate to your reaction - I've had that happen to me before, too. I hope it won't sour you to opening up in the future. The great thing about an online community like this is that you don't know anyone and can feel more free to open up. The bad thing is that you don't know anyone and are never sure what you're going to get. I've had some pretty great experiences with listeners here - the people I've talked to have been so supportive and non-judgemental. I hope you find the same experience. Everyone deserves the right to open up without repercussions. I'm not a listener, but I'm also here if you want to chat. :)
@okeyyyy And by the way, gaming is a great way to unwind and turn down the mind. My husband and I do that a lot, too! :)
@snoopygirl Thanks a lot for your kind words, well I wish I can just talk and open up, but sometimes I have to be careful too, so maybe some things are better to talk them with listeners who are prepare to listen. I particulary like having listeners who can keep up listeneing to me for a long time, I like to build up trust in the listener. I also was building some trust in some of the group chats, and some of the trust I built was lost in that group. Maybe I need to find the strenght to open up again.
