Im suffering with so many mental health issues which makes it hard for me to even talk about how Im feeling, but let me try.

Im on the verge of killing myself, like I just dont understand the point of life?? It just seems like were all just a number in the working cog of society and we dont really matter? The only thing thats stopping me is thinking about my parents who also suffer with mental health issues and not wanting them to end it too :(

@Bemmie

Hello. I've experienced simiar thoughts and feelings like yours, sometimes I still do. What worked for me was to give myself a purpose. I made it to my goal to change the world. Even if it's just for a few people around me. So I'm working on how to get mental health out of its stigma and help the growth of understanding in this world. Also I fight for the rights of the lgbtq+ community. It really helped me to give myself a purpose.

I really believe you can get through this and make your life worth living for yourself. You can do this, we all believe in you! take care of yourself xoxo

Yeah, I'm struggling with the thought of hurting family. I also still have work that I've committed to for this semester, so I feel like I can't let them down, either. It's hard to get through each day when all I want is to stop existing, but also knowing I can't act on my feelings. Sometimes all this gets too much and I get short periods of wanting to just do it, despite my family and work. Fortunately(?), they never last long enough for me to act on it.

Reading you and the comments made me think about this video: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=4ESz9cefwPQ

I believe we have all felt the same. It comes in waves and sometimes you feel just drowning. Hold on. Hold on to anything in your life that mean something for you. Its ok if you just want to stop all your hurt, its natural. You are not alone

The knowledge of how it would affect the few people close to me is the only thing stopping me.
