Paralyzed
Hey, this might be a little disjointed but I'm just trying to get it out so bare with me if you can... I'm a 27 year old piece of human garbage with a shameful, low class job I hate, a highly dysfunctional relationship, severe clinical depression and zero access to care. There are no resources where I live, in the moutains in a small town, and I am too poor to travel. I also can't talk to my SO about it. He thinks I'm just being dramatic and need to grow up and get my shit together. I cry every day; I literally can't control it sometimes and he gets super annoyed by it. I feel like I'm choking inside every day. I know I need help but I have nowhere to turn. I have trouble eating and sleeping well and that isn't helping. I was gping to school online but the beaurocratic demands of paying for it overwhelmed me in my current state; now I have nothing left to be proud of. My only son lives in another state and I don't get to see him often, which kills me inside every day. No one in mylife gives a shit about me and it's completely my sorry ass fault.
I dont know where I'm going with this. Just needed an ear and support I guess. Thanks for reading it.
Hi there,
Its hard to share your story with a bunch of strangers but you done really well by sharing it . You should be proud of yourself. You have confidence and power to reach out for help and that's a big step .
I don't know what you must be going through. Your only one living it and only you know. I'm just worried about some of the problems you shouldn't be facing on your own and worried you got no support.
The first you have to do is be open up and you have and when you are that's when things become better and clearer. The next is how you think about the problem . What is your problem saying, what is it telling you to do then next is thinking of the outcome.
Asking questions about your problem and thinking all about the problem in any way you like will get you to think in a different way. I guess it's looking at things in the bigger picture and dealing one problem at time. Of course there's things you can do to change your problem and thought of thinking but dealing with each problem a different way. Maybe like writing a journal, keeping a diary, dong mediation or yoga. Exploring religion in god giving you something that you matter or look at how you can matter from god give you possibly and prospective.
So don't think about living in the past . Live for the now . It's about you not anyone. You got a good confidence booster to stsrt with and remember you always got us.

Thank you so much for your words of encouragement; they're the first I've had in awhile. It is really hard not having anyone to go to; being heard and resonated with a bit helps though. I'm an atheist due to my own experience, and doing yoga will probably just get me laughed at. Meditation might be an option, though. I'm willing to try just about anything at this point, honestly.
