Social Media on Teenager
Does anyone notice's how much time we spend a day, blogging in, just surfing and scrolling the unending Feed Walls of social media, in which dark meme's and things come again and again which are not our problem, but I see many people making problems despite not having them? It's a gun given in Kid's hand useful and playful as well. What do you people think, how does it affects on Health, depression, and anxiety.

Interesting thoughts. I sometimes feel I'm wasting my time, but then I wonder what else I could be doing that would be just as interesting or keep me captivated for longer. I don't have much energy in the day anyway so I don't like to use it all up by the afternoon. Maybe tomorrow, I'll try to get some exercise in. I haven't exercised for a loooong time.
Using the internet so much probably does affect teenager's mental health and general development negatively. I don't think there's much you can do about it, only the teenagers themselves can make the decision to reduce the amount of time they're online.

Indeed your right we don't have to change them I'm just trying to know how much the psychology of not only teens but adults have changed, more than trying to connect and making them social it's making them unsociable in a way, like you can do anything, read hard cover books, spend time in parks, go somewhere, I saw some teens as well as adults using and checking social media until they sleep as well as wake up, it's kind of addiction a big addiction but if used properly it's good as well.
Not everyone has the luxury of being able to leave their house all the time, be accepted as a friend by geographically close people, etc. I don't know about you but I can understand the internet being "addicting"... Of course socialization and sense of belonging is addicting.
