lately ive been feeling very numb i have it alot but at the same time i feel depressed .. does this make sense i dont know if it does if it doesnt ill explain..

Apathy isn't unusual with depression. Not giving a care about things - particularly minor things that others just go ga-ga over - isn't unusual when you are in such a place that you can't see an exit sign, you can find the escape hatch, or you feel abandoned to your own demise. IMO
