I'm WhiteRoses25 and I deal with psychosis, mania, depression and anxiety. There are days when I am afraid and it causes me to be sad. But I put on my headphones and focus on something else. Tonight was one of those nights. The weird thing is I was crying one minute but when I left my bedroom and saw my dad my sadness was gone and I was smiling again. People in your life can make a huge difference. Never forget that love is a cure.

hiii i wanted to say first that this is a lovely idea to spread awareness !! and i am thankful for how nice the communities are to host such events here and give importance to them !! moving to the topic now

I used to deal with depression and anxiety and now i can say that i have actually recovered, it was definitely hard to become who i am right now but it was a journey that I learned lot of things like self-love and acceptance of who i am and much more i hold it very close to me, i was surrounding myself with ones whom i love, and trying to be more positive and speak to others and it was hard for me to do these things at first since i had such thinking that i wasn't deserving of all this, but now i can proudly say that i am deserving for all this , I had my friends who really was there for me during difficult times and i am thankful to them and to the communities here too for speaking with me and making me feel better when i was down !!

@EmmaE

I suffer from manic depression and I can say for me I have some good days and some bad days. Some good weeks and bad times. I feel not a lot of people understand what it is to suffer from this. One thing I do not like is some telling me to get over it or this will pass, when in honesty are they sure it will?>

Depression is something I keep a journal for to monitor my days and see in the next few days after posting can I work on things that went wrong. Can I get myself in a better way and use my self help tool box to reach in and fix things.

I want those who suffer with me we are all here to help one anoother, you don't need to fight this alone.
