i had my 3 incredibly shitty years finally behind me but i knew that it was still gonna be difficult to get my life on the right track. i was done feeling sad and hopeless. i had alot more energy and positivity. i've spend over a year in a mental hospital trying to overcome depression, trauma and learning how to deal with my autism. in the beginning of august 2015 i went to a new school got myself a boyfriend and was starting to get my shit together. right now im still feeling happy and i love life. its just.. i've become very isolated from normal society i stayed at home for 4 months because they couldn't find the right school for me and so now i'm in a special schooldropoutprogram. i don't have any friends left. i dropped out of schools the years before and didn't get te chance to build myself a group of friends. and now im stuck. my boyfriend has alot of friends and i get to hang out with them too but theyre not my friends like they don't have my phonenumber so i never get to talk to them outside of that & my bf needs his space too. it makes me feel incredibly lonely... i really want to make new friends. i don't talk to anyone on whatsapp besides my family and bf, nobody messages me noone asks if i can hang out, no one that i can talk to as a friend. the fact that i can't do anything about it drives me crazy because there are no opportunities for me to make friends. there are no teamsports that i like no bookclubs with people of my age nothing at school no one from my past and no one in the future because i have nowhere to start

(its 2:00 am rn and english is my 2nd language sorry for bad writing)

I know how frustrating and isolating it can be not to feel like you have any social outlets. However, 7cups is a great way of finding them online. Have you tried looking at our support rooms or talked to a listener? It can help tremendously with loneliness or just needing someone to vent to. I'd also recommend reading our self-help guide on loneliness

I hope this helps, good luck and take care! heart
