need help with feeling worthless and loneliness
hello. so i have been having depression for a year now and have had a lot of problems. right now i just don't feel loved by anyone or even feel like i even matter to anyone :( please anyone help me. i have been having a bad time already and have been feeling worthless a lot.

I've been through the same thing, and I did things for myself like going to the spa, or eating a fancy dinner. Also doing something that makes you feel proud of yourself, like drawling or playing an instrument. If you can find a hobbie that you like, next time you feel bad you can look back on it and it might help. Even though having a hobbie or doing self-love things won't change feeling lonely, it will help you recognize your self-worth and learn to care about you and your opinons.

@katie226 thank you so much for the kind words. I do have a hobby that I enjoy a lot but I noticed recently that it hasn't been doing it for me. And I don't know. Self love never really helped me in the past :/ thank you for the advice though!
@unassumingTree5669 i know how you are feeling and i know it even hurts a bit but thinking you are not worth anything and that nobody see you is wrong look around go to friends ask them what do they think of you i bet they will say same things my sayed :) . just try thinking ahead i mean i know the feeling but you dont wanna feel that way and why would you. ask anybody ask parents ask anybody of what they think of you i know you think they dont see you but evrybody sees you i mean look how much liseners there are to help thats saying something right ?
@Teo855 hello. thank you for the kind words! i actually have no friends sadly. and my parents sadly never get me so i don't really have anyone to ask and why would i ask a listener. i know they will say that they will care and not see me as worthless because that is their job. to be positive. sadly i don't believe what they say most of the time :(

@unassumingTree5669 oke i understand but that does not mean it cant all change for the better. I mean you know what happends if you reach bottom of something - you cant fall down even more witch means you can only go up ^^.
also if you need somebody to talk to or a friend im sure butch of ppl will show up for you.If you wanna i could be your friend :D.

Sorry, I just feel like you are very lucky, Too lucky than most people. Despite coming from a poor country, t seems there is nothing bad happening in your life and it seems you got sooo much free time on your hands to do what ever you want. You got too much freedom. More so than first world countries that have to freaking work long freaking hours and no time to have fun like in those third world fucking countries. I am sorry but you are better off that all the rich countries. Why do I waste time doing charity.
@reliableTurtle1457 hello. Well believe me. Just because I have free time right now doesn't mean anything. In fact people are dying in here just to move to Europe. I personally think if I loved in euope maybe my life would have been a lot better. And I still feel worthless so I don't know get what you mean by lucky.
