Antidepressant?
I heard its a pill that will help you lessen your depression, is there any suggestion on what antidepressant should I buy and lil info about it? I really need one.

There are some websites where you can compare people's ratings of medications. For example, one of them is Ask a Patient. You can see which antidepressant is the most commonly rated (Duloxetine) and which one has the highest rating (Phenelzine), but it's widely said that different antidepressants suit different people. Google each individual antidepressant for information about side effects, etc., which can be significant and dangerous. It's probably best to discuss with a doctor who is experienced in prescribing this type of medication.

Oh I'm so sorry. I didn't know the Rules. Its my first time here so I don't know yet where to start and what to read. But thank you so much I'll keep that in mind.
Pills required but do something creative like..... planting. Talk to plants and birds. Connect with nature
