Well... A lot of the time I don't sleep for days on end. I'll do anything but settle down and pass out. Occasionally I'll be laying in bed, and accidentally fall asleep. In that case, I just sleep all day.

The first nap I had in a while was because I didn't want to exist anymore and ya know, that's not a good line of thought. However, this morning was the first time in weeks that I am actually willing to get out of bed!

I just feel like sleeping all day but now I'm better, I usually don't sleep more than 6 hours, I eat on time and that too very light so I won't feel sleepy all day and I'm good to go now

I tend to wake up a lot. If I don't think I can fall asleep again, I take a book off the chair thats next to my bed and try to read till I'm tired. If I'm too tired to do anything else but still can't fall asleep, I just stare at the ceiling and try to think of something else. But I usually end up going over what's probably bothering me, or I recall something I've forgotten about and start worrying about that next. It doesn't happen often, but when it does it makes my day start off poorly.

I've been staying up really late and waking up really early. It really sucks.

Usually I have no problems falling asleep, but I've been dreaming a lot more. I don't often remember much of what happens when I wake, other than that there was stuff happening.

My main issue is waking early. 2-3 AM is common when it's particularly bad, but I noticed it's better if I exhaust myself the day before. Otherwise around 5 AM.

I was exhausted from work yesterday, but finally felt happy for the first time in a while. Surprisingly and annoyingly, I had trouble sleeping and woke up at 5 AM... Now I'm tired. Also noticed coffee doesn't really work when I have sleep problems. In the past, when I maybe had mild depression (wasn't diagnosed so I don't know), I've been able to work after coffee, but I'd need lots and even then I would only be barely functioning and feel like a zombie the entire time.

I sleep 9+ hours a day. Almost impossible to wake up before 9 hours. And I still am sleepy during the day and at work. I have to set multiples alarms to wake up and then immediately open the blinds. But usually not until I have to pee.
