How has depression affected your sleep habit?
Depression can have serious and mild affects in our sleeping patterns or habit.
How has depression affected your sleep pattern or habit?
Will love to hear from you
When depression hits at night, it holds back my bedtime cuz I get too sad to do anything. I don't have the motivation to stay on top of my bedtime. I just don't put too much thought into it.
How has depression affected your sleep pattern or habit? my sleep and depression 9 times out 10 go hand in hand. If I don't sleep enough I get depressed easily, but my depression can make me sleep too much.
FEELING SO EMOTIONALLY AND PHYSICALLY DETACHED makes falling asleep a B>>>>>>>ch.
depression sucks
@scarletPear1945
im sorry you feel that way I hope your situation gets better
@River Deeply. I normally just am afraid to fall asleep because I know it'll lead to another day of having to be around my family.
@Darkpelt11 :(
I guess when I
@River I sleep way to much.. + i
I sleep all the time. I wake up tired. Repeat.
I hate it
Because I'm depressed, I don't eat well or exercise, so during the day, I'm exhausted. During night, I'm often not tired because I haven't done anything all day. No motivation.
It's very hard for me to go to sleep at night because that's when my mind starts racing and I overanalyze everything I've done in the past day, week, month, etc. I usually just watch TV until I can't keep my eyes open just to distract myself. During the day, all I want to do is sleep. Part of it is because I didn't get enough rest the night before, but another part is me just wanting to check out of life in a nonpermanent way.
