If I dont have work. I could sleep the whole day. Then I would hate myself for not using my time wisely and wasting the prime years of my life. If I do have work., I would still sleep for almost 12 hours. If I dont work I dont think Ill have any reason to get out of bed. Depression makes me lose interest in any other things all I know is that I am exhausted and hoping sleep would cure the emptiness of my life.

Dont get sleep at night. when I try to sleep at night... I get weird sensation in my calves. Waste my time by watching a movie... and suddenly it is 2.

Dont want to get up in morning. Have to drop kids to school so get up.

And I sleep during the day. My husband feels that I am not giving a solid days work and therefore cant sleep at night.

Day wasted. No productivity. Feel bad. Husband works 12 hours 😬

worst is now my 2 kids are also sleeping late ... and I cant say anything because I am doing exactly that.

Am struggling with sleeping at night. That really reduces productivity in the day because I sleep in the day then.
also it is isolating as who can you talk to or do when awake at night.

i am feeling that I have no body I would love to talk to. I am using reading news updates as stimulation.

Since I quit to my job, which I left because I wasn't happy in there anymore, I still have problem sleeping, but anyhow I always feel tired, like if I was getting sick or something. I sleep for many hours or sleep nothing at all.

Im really sorry friend. Not being able to sleep is such a terrible thing. I wasnt able to sleep either, so I started taking melatonin. The problem there was that itd knock me out for 10+ hours. Now my body wants 10 hours regardless of whether Ive taken anything. Either way Im still tired. Brains are dumb. @AwayFromJuliet
