Being awkward in social interactions. Not being able to be myself around others. And when other people seem so normal and happy when they socialize.

Having nothing to distract me from the love that was stolen from me. (The girl of my dreams' mom didn't approve and we can't talk for 3 years but giving up is not an option)

I honestly have a bunch of triggers. My triggers are:

Abandonment

Not having a soulmate (my life would be complete if I had this)

Negativity

Getting older (hell, I'm 40 years old and seen the Golden Years at a young age as a nursing home worker)

Not having a job (small town, guys, with no transportation) which leads to...

Financial situation (for the kids)

I should say being American but I am actually okay with that.

When my suicidal thoughts come on strong (actually done good the past few days)

Having someone angry at me

Not having my freedom

Okay, I'm going to stop here because I'm starting to feel my heart sink writing all this.

Failure. Even the simple stuff like getting a semi low grade on a quiz or messing up in some type of sport. I feel like people are depending on me and if I don't suceed then I'm useless, not wanted. I know people don't need me, but I feel like when the time comes to it if I don't make it then I doomed everyone else. When a friend needs me and I'm not there I destroyed our friendship. So I put myself out there and try to help and try to suceed. I feel like even when I do my best...it isn't enough. I fall short. So whenever I fail...I break down and get really depressed. My biggest fear is failure and I fail a lot.
