Stress, hard situations, past trauma memories, overthinking, being bothered or bully by someone, people being negative around me, making mistakes, urges to eat unhealthy, being around my family to long, talking or hanging around my family

Being reminded that I don't do as much or have as many friends and connections as others do. Being the only one at family gatherings without a partner (I know there's nothing wrong with being single, but it makes me feel so lonely). There are so many things I'd love to do but in the end I just sit at home and watch videos and tv shows. The state of the world.

1) Change (and the lack of control that I feel over my life that comes with it)

2) Mentally comparing myself to others

3) Feeling invisible or like I am annoying others

4) when people ask me what i enjoy doing and i can't think of anything, so i feel boring

5) when people disregard or dismiss my feelings, especially when i put in so much effort to help them with theirs

@SoggyCereal247 very true, those things can be incredibly triggering.

There are many things, unfortunately:

1) Random bad memories that my brain likes to remind me at midnight;

2) How I will never escape my parents' increasingly (as I grow older) inappropriate controlling;

3) Just looking at the current pathetic state of myself;

4) Fear that I will one day, soon, lose myself in insanity;

5) Lamentations of what has happened;

and many more but I can't recall off the top of my head.

I had an accident in March and I had my second surgery 2 weeks ago. I sometimes feel I don’t get the support I need and deserve from others

Thinking about my therapy dog who passed away at the end of March. My sister when she isn't in a positive mood, which is very frequent. My lack of financial stability. My mom not understanding my perspective.

Inactiveity if I'm mentally having to do something it pushes it back. Thinking about the future. I cant see me in it. I dont see how it can get better. Thinking about the past. How bad it was. What I put up with and went through. What I didn't do. Any of the things that bring back a memory. Being startled or sunk up on. Being totouched. Sudden loud noises or having a myriad of sounds around. Being in a group of people. Having my exit impeded or no exit plan. But I guess i started naming things that give me anxiety which fuels my depression. Aaa I need to sleep. I haven't slept in nearly 40 hours.
